New Services Available from REIS, LLC

2008 was a busy year for us at Conto Properties and REIS, LLC. It was such a good year that we’ve expanded the real estate services we are now offering. Some of you may not be aware of all the new offerings, so hopefully this email will get you up to speed.

1. Real Estate Consulting. Ever had an interest in flipping houses but didn’t know where to start? Let me help you avoid all the obstacles that hold back new investors. 4. Video home tours. I’ve found that using the power of video and the internet is a great way to market houses that I am selling. We now offer investors, realtors and individual sellers a video tour service to help you attract more buyers in this challenging market. We do all the work for you! We’ll shoot the video, edit it and upload it to several of the top internet video sites; like YouTube. We’ll also get your videos to come up on some of the most popular search engines. The style of video we shoot is a simple point of view walk through. These videos allow buyers to fall in love with your property before they ever come to see it in person. It’s like having a virtual sales person selling for you 24 hours a day. We only charge $249 per video and will offer volume discounts for orders of 10+ properties. 5. Flips and Rentals. Most of you probably know me as an investor who specializes in flips and rental property.
