The power of video is a great tool to help you sell your home quickly. You don't need to make some fancy Hollywood production either. You only need a simple camera (most digital still cameras these days also shoot short videos! you can also check out cheap flipcams) to shoot a YouTube style walk through. This way when people watch the video they get a good sense of the property before ever coming to look at it in person.
