I've recently been asked by several people as to the best resources on training for real estate investors. While there are many resources available on the Internet, I've listed below a few links to the educators that I follow and feel have a good message. As always any investor, regardless of your current expertise, should always continue to educate themselves in regards to the latest trends and strategies in this ever changing market. http://www.robynthompson.com/ Robyn is the Queen of Rehab and has taught many of the "celebrity" flippers you see out there today. She is the real deal and he educational material is good. She also has lots of free items on her site to get you started.

http://www.camerondirect.com/ Cameron Dunlap. He's got some great stuff on wholesaling and buying REO and short sale properties. I just bought some of his stuff and it's pretty good on this subject. He also has lots of free resources and links on his site.
